Create MSP Staff - Walkthrough or Instructions

Can anyone give me instructions or a walk through for creating Staff members that can manage client tickets in the service desk? I worked with Comodo help for 30 minutes on this without a resolution. They finally had to create a ticket and said they would get back to me. Yes I looked at the FAQ’s and tried to do it myself.
