Can anyone give me instructions or a walk through for creating Staff members that can manage client tickets in the service desk? I worked with Comodo help for 30 minutes on this without a resolution. They finally had to create a ticket and said they would get back to me. Yes I looked at the FAQ’s and tried to do it myself.
In order for you to create staff members please use this link - https://help.comodo.com/topic-289-1-…ort-Staff.html. Staff created in C1 will be available in Service Desk and all other C1 products (ITSM, Quote Manager etc).
After the staff has been created you can now manage the service desk staff panel menu. Please use this link - https://wiki.comodo.com/frontend/web…aff-panel-menu
