Creating users (SD)

When we adding new ticket - we must choose or create new user. But some of customers (especially > 60 years old) dont remember they email. So, we can’t create ticket.


Indeed that is not such an easy thing to do, but for situations like this we have enabled the creation of Service Desk tickets from the ITSM agent.
You will need to right click on the system tray icon, and submit a ticket from there.
