As firefox is now the only browser that works with the Itarian CRM please be aware…
The latest version update (v96.0) creates the same error as you get with Edge,Chrome,Brave etc… On selecting CRM you just get a load of dots going across the screen.
There is no rollback featrure on firefox so for now If you still need to access the CRM I would recommend switching off Firefox auto updates.
Alternatively in v96 you can set ‘network.cookie.sameSite.laxByDefault’ to FALSE this will work for now but the same fix didnt last long with chromium based browsers so better to switch off auto update if you need access to the CRM. .
