Custom device name is : No Name

Hi@'all,

i have a problem with one PC, ITSM Agent is depoyed but the Custom device name is :

No Name

And there are no information about OS or RAM …

I cant find this problem in the forum.

Were you able to find a solution to this issue? I too have a server that reports in the same manner that you had.

Is the server a recently enrolled device in your C1 / ITarian platform? Have you tried re-enrolling the server?
