Custom forms in "Ticket Actions"


I am using some custom forms, mostly as check lists. But to access them when working with a ticket I must edit the ticket.

It would be create to have the custom form directly under “Ticket Actions” as an own tab there or something.

Something like this,

Or even better, create some kind of “checklist workflow” on ticket categories where you need this, so you have to follow a checklist.
