Custom MSI Installer (Local MSI files)

We are using a product called PDQ deploy to deploy “some” applications. We have one now that we have to customize through a tool then deploy for new and upgrades. It is an MSI file. Is there a way to push out or install an application that is not on the list in the “store” and we do not have it available through a web URL? We tried using One Drive and SharePoint but so far have been unsuccessful.

Here are a few more methods you can try to deploy ‘custom’ applications to your enrolled endpoints.

• Install third-party MSI packages in the Endpoint Manager (EM).
• Utilize ADDT.
• Deploy through scripts. A few of them are linked below.
  • Download and install any application from the URL
  • Download and install applications then send email on success
  • Install application from file path
  • Check application installed if not, download and install it
• If you have an existing BAT / VBS / Powershell script to install your custom applications, it can also be used within existing procedures / scripts in the EM. Simply search in the Procedures page for BAT / VBS / Powershell.
