I want to be able to customize the pull-down menu for TYPE under TICKET DETAILS. I have found how to change the information under TICKET INFORMATION, however, TICKET DETAILS does not follow the same customization process.

We apologize for the confusion. We have coordinated with our Development Team for this functionality request. The possibility to edit/disable specific fields in the Ticket Details form is still under discussion by our Product Developers we will provide you an output of their feedback.
