[December] What's New on ITSM Patch Management?

Hello everyone!

We would like to inform you that we are going to have new releases for the Comodo ONE and ITarian platform this Saturday (12/01/2018)!

Notes about the platform update:
Once it starts, the platform will be on maintenance mode for 4 hours (early hours of the day, US Eastern time). We expect to have no service outage in general. If you observe any brief connectivity issues, please retry later in the day.

Here are the improvements:

  • Patch Management audit logs are now available as a separate category. You can also filter patching events by event name. Here is the wiki of this improvement.
  • Patch scan intervals have been improved. Initial scans are started 10 minutes after agent initialization. Regular scans are run every 8 hours.
  • The ‘Critical’ patch status now represents both critical updates and security updates whose severity is critical.
