After I changed the default account admin in the C1 portal and deleted the old account admin, it is still showing in the ITSM User’s list. As I select the old account admin in ITSM User’s list, Delete User is greyed out, and its role is still an account admin. BTW, I have removed all the devices that are under on the previous account admin before trying to delete it.
Please advise.
