Default Gateway on RMM Client

Situation:

Have a customer with really bad broadband connection.
New router installed and set up and customer how has fast connection.
Old router still in place to serve as a VPN connection on seperate broadband.

Problem:

RMM client still using old default gateway and remote access is slow.

Question:

How do I get the RMM to use the new default gateway?

Hello,

Unless you can limit the RMM from accessing the old router, a redeploy should be performed. There are no available settings that would allow a configuration for preferred settings for cases such this one.
