Hi All, trying to replace the System Default Logo in the service desk but it doesn’t seem to upload. Can you help?

Hello, @msitcmatt
In order to replace the System Default Logo, please choose an image in the .gif, .jpg or .png formats. We can proportionally resize the display of the image, but not the image’s data. To speed up load times it is recommended to keep the image close to the default image size: 817px x 170px.

Yep that is what I created it was a gif with that exact size.

Regarding the previously escalated issue - Custom System Logo is not being displayed - this should be fixed now.
Could you please check and see whether this is still an ongoing issue for you or if the problem is fixed?
