ive been testing and playing around with iTarian for a few weeks now, and am ready to go live. There are some issues in which the support l3 team are looking at, as well as a few dummy records. I also changed my business name which has caused a few issues as well.
Would it be easier if my whole account was deleted and I can then recreate it and begin anew? As long as i can still use the same email address?
What you would need to do is raise a support ticket with our team who will be able to advise you in full.

Even though I have said this, I’m confident we can delete your portal and allow you to sign up again with a blank one, but please do not take my word for it get the details direct from support, and you will need to speak to them about getting it actioned anyway.
