i would like all the device data populated when it sends notification: the N/A portions never gets populated? can someone tell me what is wrong or is there something else i need to enable?

Company Name:has data already
Owner: has data already

What is the OS of the device you tried enrolling? Please check if the WMI service is running on the affected device? The EM agent calls WMI for getting ‘Device Info’ data, If by any chance the WMI is running on the device, please use the official Microsoft WMI Diagnosis Utility to diagnose and repair problems with the WMI service.
