After updating a couple of machines from windows 7 to windows 10
they are still showing up as windows 7 devices in the portal/ device information section
Even after selecting all the devices and hitting the refresh button, also i sent a refresh command on individual devices but the information did not update
Have you tried rebooting the machines?
The machines are set to reboot at least twice a week but i can do that tonight and let you know if it worked
