I have created a new Profile & added monitors & alerts. I set the monitor for device status so if a device is offline more than 10 mins to trigger an alert & email me but It is not working. Did I miss a step? I randomly got an email at 2am but it was not for the offline monitor. It seems buggy but any Ideas?
As of the moment, Our Development Team is doing a complete overhaul of the Monitoring Architecture due to some reported issues. Our goal is to make this operational within a short-term timeline’s notice. We’ll keep you notified on its progress.
@otmtech its been broken for months now… Not sure when it will ever be fixed… do you have more then one deviced monitored at the site?
If so you can setup a ping monitor from another device…
