So I’ve been running some tests and perhaps I’m mising something here but is there a intentional delay between refreshing Device Information and the Device Summary being updated? I’ve run this with a test device showing “Reboot time: 2019/08/20 08:03:02 PM”. Despite rebooting it, waiting, hitting Refresh Device Informaiton in the portal, I can’t get the timestamp to update. It’s clear this field does update but would appear it’s not instantly - can anyone shed some light?

The portal updates depending on the time set on your Endpoint Manager > Settings > Portal Set-up > Client Settings > Windows > Communication Settings.
The minimum time frame for this setting is 15 minutes. If you would like to learn more, please refer to our online help guide here:
