I have a specific device i have installed, uninstalled, tried different packages, everything, and it just shows up as no name and refuses to pull any information in… the remote agent works, but it doesn’t report anything about the computer or the name. anyone got a clue ?? I already tried turning windows firewall off, and that didnt make a difference… apparently its communicating, just not fully.
