Differences in ITSM Procedures

I just realized that there are 2 ITSM procedures for restarting the ITSM agent. Can someone please explain to me the differences and which one I would use to restart the client if I know that the computer is up, it show as up in the Comodo Portal but shows offline in the Comodo RMM. Thanks

We apologize for the confusion. The naming convention from ITSM Agent was derived from CCC. Both terminologies are the same
