Disable CCS "silent mode" without remote access

Hi,
one on my EPs has CCS in SILENT MODE.
May I disable the silent mode in RMM of via script?

As of the moment, it can only be configured locally.

I know it is an old post, but is it still the case we cannot resolve this script wise or via the portal ?
It is often not easy to get a chance to remote access without interfering with end users.
