Dome Shield DNS issues?

I have my Windows 2012 R2 DNS server forwarders set to the two IP’s I got when I setup my Dome Shield. When I try to access one.comodo.com today I get 502 Bad Gateway but I am able to access the site from my work account. I refreshed DNS, cleared caches, restarted the servers. Same deal.

Please advise.

We would like to verify that the two Comodo DNS IP addresses you are using are:

  • 8.26.56.10
  • 8.20.247.10
Is that correct?
