Playing around with DomeShield and possibly setting it up on a few client computers. I noticed when i used the Setup wizard to add it to my test computer, it asked me to change the DNS settings. When I add it to a client computer do I have to be on site or is there a script that will allow me to change the DNS settings remotely?

You can definitely do it manually or, if the endpoints are managed through the Endpoint Manager (EM), you can utilize this script to assign the Shield DNS servers on the target endpoints.
Fred I would set this up at your Firewall/UTM or Router rather than at the endpoint level.
On your firewall or maybe your DNS server if you are in a business with a server.
