Is there some kind of template for an e-mail to send to end users before starting the deployment process?
Like,
We are going to deploy a new security system first you will get a communication client that looks like this in your systray and after that you will get the security system that looks like this and bla bla bla… This new system have a containment feature which will make your windows green, read more here… link to containment info…
Because I’m going to write my own otherwise, but always good to get some input on how to write.

There is none. This kind of ‘notification email’ that you plan to send is something that you and your client (most of the time) agreed upon during the time that you signed up your client to your business. As a way to aid you in composing such email, you can use the links available in the Comodo Help Guide as this is publicly accessible.
