Morning all, 8:06am PST this morning, all email alerts for new tickets, replies, closures etc… have stopped working, anyone else experiencing this issue? submitted email to itarian and didn’t receive normal email back either with ticket number. had support on the phone create a ticket and didn’t get his either. Also have another MSP friend using Itarian platform said his stopped working as well around the same time mine did. tickets still come in just fine, diagnostics pass fine, just no alerts

Yes, it was an issue at the backend and our DevOps team has fixed the issue. Please let us know if we may assist you with anything else or if this ticket can be closed.
