Second update… When trying to to get into NxSIEM from appstore I get: 1 error prohibited this subscription from being saved
There were problems with the following fields:

  • Free product can’t be bought. Please select a different option.
When trying to login with the user name and password I created in the consortium page. The interesting part is FREE is all you can pick but that's wrong because you can't buy free.

Any thoughts?

It seems that you have successfully subscribed for the trial. I think for the second subscription attempt with the same account is blocked with a “Free product can’t be bought.” message. The behavior of the system is right, but the message is misleading. Thank you for the input I am going to deal with the wrong message displayed. For now only purchase of the product can be done in Comodo One Platform. After that you have to access Comodo NxSIEM Cloud in a new browser window using the unique link that is supplied to you in the subscription e-mail. CAM account or Comodo One Account User/password pairs cannot be used for NxSIEM Cloud. Please follow the information provided in the e-mail for successful login to the system.

OK, Now when I try to log into https://mssp132.mssp.comodo.com/ui/start I get “Please check your username or password” I am using what should be the correct user and pass but there is no “Forgot password” that I can try. So basically I am just locked out of my account before ever even getting into it. I entered the right user and what it said to use for a pass several times. It just does not work.

On the above, I was only trying to do that because it might show up in Comodo One if I did that so I could actually use it. However, after that I found the email and proceeded to get locked out of that.
