Error Service Desk Module Access

Hello friends,

I need your help, I created a new user in Itarian, with administrator permission, but every time I try to open the service desk module does not open, it shows a message saying that the user or password is invalid. Even by setting the correct username and password, it does not log into the service desk module.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Itarian’s team, can you guys help me?

Is the situation that you are experiencing with the Service Desk (SD) just with that ‘newly added user’? How about the account admin user?
