Feature Request: Devices Filter - Custom?

The devices filter in ITSM could be MUCH better. My help desk might get a support ticket and they will know the end-user’s name but that’s it. If you could query on user-login, which is already on the device screen so it’s in the database somewhere, that would be wonderful. In fact, if you had various criteria that were available in a drop-down, as opposed to all the pre-defined fields, people could select any available field to query on to quickly find a device.
