Feature Request: PSA Integration/Plug-ins

There is already a specific request for integration with PCRT, so here are a few more that many other ITSM platforms integrate with which would really leverage C1 as a PSA and not just an RMM/ITSM platform:

  • Warranty Master
  • ITGlue
  • Xero Accounting
  • Acronis (the full volume pricing model, not the capped storage currently available)
  • Altaro
  • ESET + other AVs
  • AppRiver, IngramMicro + other distributors
  • Code 42 CrashPlan
  • Veam
  • BackBlaze
  • Cloudberry
Anyway, I'm sure you get the picture...

This is indeed a good handful of requests that need a lot of grounds to cover. We will forward these requests to our Developers for analysis and keep you posted of their feedbacks.

It would be good to also get the following integrated: -

Kashflow (Accounting platform)
Quickbooks (Accounting platform)
SI Portal (Documentation like IT Glue)
Tech Data (Supplier)

Kashflow, Quiokbooks, and SI Portal have already been added on our roadmap with the following implementation timeline: {(Long-Term (more than 12 months)}.

Regarding with Tech Data (Supplier) integration, we have submitted this request to our product team. They will review it and determine where it will fit best on the product road-map.
We will keep you posted for any updates regarding this request and its timeline once it is prioritized on the roadmap for a delivery.
