I am trying to manage our iPad with ITSM,but I can’t find some features I want.I’ve saw someone suggested about VPP support and this features is coming soon.
And,I want to know:
1.Can ITSM work with Apple School Manager?
2.Have some way to deny user to remove management on the iPad (Comodo ITSM’s configuration profile) ?
3.Can I using Apple Configurator 2 prepare to enroll our devices to ITSM?

To address your inquiries:
1.Can ITSM work with Apple School Manager?
ITSM has no integration with the Apple School Manager currently. Hence, no.
2.Have some way to deny user to remove management on the iPad (Comodo ITSM’s configuration profile) ?
Yes, this can be restricted in the assigned iOS profile.
3.Can I using Apple Configurator 2 prepare to enroll our devices to ITSM?
Yes, you can. Some of the iOS profile settings will only work if the iOS device is ‘supervised’.
And like the Apple School Manager, AC2 has no direct integration with the ITSM.

try to use restriction option via ITSM Profile: > Allow app uninstall (‘supervised mode only’)
Does ITSM have a feature about push iOS upgrade?
Thank you for this suggestion and we appreciate it.
IOS already provides option to automatically update applications from store as part of OS.
They also have auto notifications for firmware updates on platform.
Due to this reasons, pushing ios upgrade will not be possible.

I mean push iOS OTA upgrade package to order the iPad process firmware upgrade,dose ITSM have this feature?
I know OTA upgrade notifications will be pop-up,but I need to manually upgrade on every ipad,It’s so trouble.
I want ITSM have a feature is about one button to order seleted device to process firmware upgrade,I was try another MDM have this function

None as of this post @yllsts.it with regards to OTA updates for iOS devices.
We strongly recommend putting the iOS devices in supervised mode before enrolling them into the ITSM (or Endpoint Manager) so you can have better control over the device restrictions.
