Our development team is starting to move those feature and functionalities from the old RMM one at a time but the stability of the New Comodo Remote Control is their highest priority as we have promised.

The new remote control is very stable, I dont use the old RMM as the interface just crashes and the agent slows down clients PCs causing complaints.

we do currently use Splashtop for advanced remote control and features like file transfer.

The ‘File Transfer’ functionality will soon be available in the Comodo Remote Control (CRC) application by Q2 2018. Thank you for your patience.
