Firewall on the workstations stopped working correctly

Hello,
After CSS was updated to the latest version (it seems to me) at the same time the Firewall on the workstations stopped working correctly. I did not change any configurations in the Firewall profile (Comodo ONE -> Configuration Templates -> Profiles). Since that time the programmes do not work correctly, they cannot connect to the Firebird base, MSSQL, which are installed on the workstations (not on the server). Also the process of printing does not work properly in a stable way on the printers shared by the workstations. When the Firewall is off everything works properly.
I would like to ask you for some information, a piece of advice what I can do to solve the problem.
Kind regards,
Mirosław Czuchryta

Hello @gluba,

You may use it as a custom script to verify if your corporate firewall is configured properly to pass our traffic.
Please let us know if you still need further assistance and we can schedule a remote session for you.

All right. Firewall is configured properly.

Don’t see what this has to do with his problem?? @gluba is saying that since the update a previously WORKING firewall is now blocking traffic.

So traffic that was allowed through Comodo firewall to the LAN is now blocked. this has NOTHING to do with his corporate FW…

@gluba you will need to allow this traffic in the profile attached to the endpoints, Comodo support will help you if you get stuck. itsmsupport@comodo.com
