Fix BGInfo on roaming clients?

Hi,

I want our client to have a little info box with username, device name and IP on the desktop and I found this little program “BGInfo”, so I’m wondering if it is possibly to do something like this,

with roaming users, users that’s not connected to the domain server and get GPO updates frequently.

Or if you know about other such programs that’s easy to push out.
