Fix for CCV in ITSM

Hi,

To fix an issue we have with CCV we have found we can run the following command from an elevated command prompt:

SC CONFIG ItsmRsp binPath= “C:\Program Files (x86)\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\ItsmRsp.exe -service” && net start itsmrsp

Could you convert this into a script we can run on our remaining endpoints?
