GDPR Privacy Policy & personal data assistant agreements

Hello @focuspc ,

We are still working on this and we`ll send you an update the soonest possible we can.
Thank you for your patience.

KRegards,

deadline today

Police will be knocking on our doors soon due to the lack of a statement

We have the 27.05.18 and there is no update.
It would be nice if we got some information. Otherwise we can not use Comodo one in Europe anymore, which would be a pity.

To everyone:
Rest assured that your concerns about Comodo’s compliance with the GDPR privacy law in the European Union is being worked on. An official statement will be released soon.

Thank you very much for your efforts

The GDPR is now active in EU, so how is it going with this issue?

Comodo Cybersecurity has taken a comprehensive approach to reviewing its products, policies and practices to align with GDPR. This includes robust diligence and data mapping on our products and processes, updates to our policies to address GDPR, updating certain contract terms, appointing a data protection officer, and developing processes to respond to requests of data subjects under GDPR. We have, and continue to, dedicate significant resources to this process.

Comodo Cybersecurity is committed to GDPR compliance across our organization and services, and we have implemented and will continue to implement GDPR compliance efforts. Like other companies undergoing GDPR review and implementation projects, Comodo Cybersecurity continues to evaluate its practices as additional guidance under the GDPR is issued by supervisory authorities of the EU Member States and the European Data Protection Board.
