If a device has scheduled procedures i.e. procedure to run on a Monday (script or patch) and the device goes offline (for what ever reason) and then back online - will the procedures continue where it last left off, or follow the schedule that was created.
It will follow the schedule. Since CCC throws a communication back and forth between the endpoints and ITSM portal. Offline devices would be unreachable from the ITSM portal’s perspective.
