Hello, I’ve lot of confusion aboutr Hardware info tab under Device list > Endpoint. In some Endpoints it is there (showing an empty info though) sometimes not . Manual says I still need to install old RMM agent. Is it true ? But my endpoints showing the tab have not the old RMM installed though. Quite confusing

If old RMM agent isn’t installed on the device Hardware tab is absent for this device on your portal.
Odd, I have an endpoint without old RMM agent showing the hardware tab but completly empty without info. Now after installing the old agent the tab correctly shows hardware info. Question will you integrate the hardware tab feature into the current itsm agent in future?
