can we use https://www.storagecraft.com/support…rol-report-api to report into ITSM and or Service Desk?
Never used API, so any assistance would be much appreciated.!!!

Currently, this is not possible directly. You will have to use a ‘middleman’ software to get the data from the ShadowControl Report API. And then the data you get from the ‘middleman’ software will have to be filtered/modified to a format you prefer.
Take note that currently, only Scripts and Profiles can be imported to ITSM. Any filtered/modified data you choose to gather can be sent to SD though as a ticket. Or just use the gathered data as you see fit without resorting to sending them to SD at all.
