Hot fix for Service Desk (2020-08-05)

Hello everyone,

We want to inform you that we had a hot fix over Service Desk on 05th of August (today) at 08:30 (UTC+3).

Here is the item that are included in the hot fix.

Bug Fixes

  • "Executive Ticket Summary Report" does not show data for June and July
  • SD disables fetching via forwarding because of IMAP errors
  • SD "Agents" report does not consider Spent Time and Billable time if several staffs worked on the same ticket
