We want to inform you that we have a hot fix over Service Desk on 10th of September at 08:30 (UTC+3).
Here are the items that are included in the hot fix.

- Fixed the issue of "Tickets created via CCC tray icon are not being created on SD"
- Fixed the issue of "SD tickets are not auto-closed when monitoring goes to OFF state"
- Fixed the issue of "SD scheduled tickets reports are not sent to customer"
