How check and refresh software inventory details in patch management?

Refresh doesn’t seem to work for me. I did a test by installing a new app and is listed in Windows but not in Patch Manager Software Inventory. I’ve tried below:

  1. Refreshed the agent
  2. Waited…
  3. Rebooted desktop

Could you tell us the patch management version and the test application details for which issue happen ? It will be helpful for our investigation .


V.3.5.1 As mentioned in the previous reply. I installed a new app, submitted a refresh but it won’t show on the PM inventory list.
