Hi, I’m curious what users of the ITarian ServiceDesk are doing to build reports used for billing?
We hope to transition from ManageEngine SDP MSP, The way we handle billing in SDP is that we removed the ticket closing capability from end users. We mark thickets as resolved, and then once they are billed we manually close the tickets. We have a report that only includes “resolved tickets” that we print which shows Client Name | Technician | Work Notes | Billable Time
