How to initiate full and custom scan from console

I currently have about 18 devices reported as infected on my dashboard. But honestly, the next step to take seems not obvious. I know i’m supposed to run a scan from here but i can’t see that option on the portal except i schedule the scan from the profile…which will affect every other device. How do i go about reducing the number of infected devices and how do i initiate scans from the console?

Thank you for reporting this issue. To run Antivirus and File Rating Scans on Devices.

  • Click 'Security Sub-Systems' > 'Antivirus' > 'Device List' to open the scanning interface.

Thanks Jordan. But in order to make things easier. If i click on infected devices, it takes me to the list of infected devices. Why can’t there be an option to run the scan directly from there on the top pane where we have options like “run procedure”, “manage profiles”? Better still, the list of threats found on the devices should be shown when “infected devices” is clicked with the option to delete them. Thanks!
