How to remote control a PC in Technical Support mode for one-time session

I understand that COMODO ONE > APPLICATION > DEVICE MANAGEMENT > DEVICE LIST > ENROLL DEVICE allows for the remote control of owned devices.
Is there a function somewhere in COMODO ONE that allows for remote control of non-owned devices for supporting end users who need assistance but don’t want the remote control software running after the session is finished?

As of the moment, this feature is still in development with our product team. The New CRC currently can only be used on enrolled devices on the ITSM portal. However, requests had been forwarded similar to your need and we’ll be glad to inform you once this capability had come to fruition.
