How to run Time worked Local time report based on department


I am wanting to run a report by Time Worked (Local Time)

By Tickets open and closed within a period of time split by service type,

Such as Remote total time worked
Onsite total time worked.

My attempts so far just show 0 time worked and I cant find a way to do this,

Please make sure that ‘Manual time Entry’ is enabled, add work time to tickets then generate report.
