How to use this procedures?

Hello guys, i have tested some procedures in the comodo client but I don’t have success in thoses:

  • Install an Application from an MSI
  • Run Powershell Script Files
  • Create restore point
  • Delete System Temp, Internet Temp and Browser Cache for all Users
  • Clear Print Spooler
  • Check Windows Performance Metrics

Someone can help me to use all this procedures?

@orioninformatica ,

We have reported these procedures to our Script Developers about the outputs of your initial test. We’ll provide an update as soon as possible

Hello @orioninformatica

Kindly, please share the output of all the scripts you have tried as screenshot separately for all scripts. So, that we can wipe out your issues exactly. Waiting for your response.

Thank you.

You mean what have inside of scripts?

@orioninformatica ,

What @Aravind_pandi pertains to is sharing the result after executing each of the procedure (whether it shows successful or if it failed) if there is an image you can send to add description to the issue the better.

Yes @Jimmy you are correct. @orioninformatica Just send me the log details of all the scripts separately as screenshot to find out the exact problem of the script.
Thank you in advance.

I put everything into a pdf to make it easier to view, I described the procedure name and its log window and some more detail and prints

You have to view the performance metrics in ITSM itself

First of all I would like to thank you for the help, time and support, my friend! I have some observations:

1 - Install an Application from an MSI / Run Powershell Script Files / Clear Print Spooler

All 3 are working correctly, only one program did not install with .MSI but I think it is the same program error

2 - Delete System Temp, Internet Temp and Browser Cache for all Users

I can not access the link, it’s off

3 - Create restore point

I could not create the restore point, if I want to create on drive C, can I leave the script as the default? Or do I need to change something?

Hi @orioninformatica
1> Good to hear!

2> We have fixed the link for the ‘Delete System Temp, Internet Temp and Browser Cache for all Users’ script. (Thank you!)

3> Did you run the script as a System User? If yes, can you perhaps share with us the logs for the ‘failed’ script deployment?
It is also possible that there is an issue with the Windows system itself. You may want to try manually creating a restore point and see if the attempt completes successfully. If not, you will have to ‘repair’ the Windows system first.

We would like to clarify the screenshot that you shared with us @orioninformatica

It states there that the creation of the system restore is successful. But is a restore point really created? Do you see a new entry (correct timestamp as to when you run the script) in System Restore?
