Import Tickets from another RMM platform

Is it possible to import tickets from another RMM platform? I can export the tickets to CSV but I don’t see anyway to import them into C1 so I can keep all my notes in one location.

Also, where do I change the current number for generated tickets? I don’t want to start from 1 when my old system was 17500+
