Install Applications - Not Working

Hi,
I am new to Comodo One. Onboarded on Windows device and tried to push 7zip. Nothing happens. Everything else from I can tell is working fine. How do I troubleshoot why this is not working?

Can we know the method you use in order to push 7zip application on your endpoint ?

Application Store > Windows Application Store > 7Zip > Install Selected Applications > Select My device version > Click Install > I received “Command successfully Sent”. Nothing happens though, application is not installed.
