Install fail - Endpoint Manager Communication Client

After uninstalling some client agents, I went back to reinstall, but now they will not install.

I get the initial security screen to allow the install, then nothing. I check the event logs and shows install failed

Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Endpoint Manager Communication Client. Product Version: 7.1.42723.22060. Product Language: 0. Manufacturer: ITarian LLC. Installation success or error status: 1602.

Anyone seen this before on a reinstall?

After doing the uninstall has you used a product to clean up the installation / registry afterwards?

We know in the past some times things are not removed correctly, this leads to folders and registry entries that need to be removed manually or via a tool. Once done previous experience shows these issues go away.

If this does not work please let us know and we can get a support case created to look at this.
