Hi @Aravind_pandi, thanks for your reply. I am still receiving the same error message (“The procedure config is invalid”) when trying to import the script via JSON or Python.
When running the script on a 32-bit Windows 7 endpoint, it gathers and reports the speed test data but appears to be encountering an error on exit:
Exception in thread Thread-22: Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Program Files\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib hreading.py", line 801, in __bootstrap_inner self.run() File "<string>", line 615, in run File "C:\Program Files\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib\urllib2.py", line 431, in open response = self._open(req, data) File "C:\Program Files\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib\urllib2.py", line 449, in _open '_open', req) File "C:\Program Files\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib\urllib2.py", line 409, in _call_chain result = func(*args) File "<string>", line 354, in http_open File "C:\Program Files\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib\urllib2.py", line 1200, in do_open r = h.getresponse(buffering=True) File "C:\Program Files\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib\httplib.py", line 1136, in getresponse response.begin() File "C:\Program Files\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib\httplib.py", line 453, in begin version, status, reason = self._read_status() File "C:\Program Files\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\lib\httplib.py", line 417, in _read_status raise BadStatusLine(line) BadStatusLine: ''
This error is not occurring on 64-bit Windows 10. Not a huge problem for me as we only have a couple of endpoints still on Windows 7, but just wanted to let you know.
Thanks again
May we ask, in what way is the script not working for you @mujji? Do you see any error in the procedure’s execution log? Are you unable to import the script into the Endpoint Manager (EM)?
