Invalid Phone Number Error

I keep getting this error when I try to create a ticket as a test for my system in ServiceDesk v2. I looked through the settings and couldn’t find anything related to it. And I also find it weird since I am not writing my phone number anywhere.

I get the same error message when I post it as a guest and as a regular user. The same goes for when I post as admin. The URL is

Using my test system, I can only get it to allow logged in users to submit a ticket, can you explain the steps you take to get in as a guest?
